The TUNGALOY 6864162 is a solid carbide milling insert carrying the ANSI/ISO designation LNMU0303ZER-MJ in the AH725 manufacturer grade. This double-sided, negative-rake rectangle insert features a TiAlN coating applied via PVD process, delivering wear resistance across a broad range of cutting conditions. With four usable cutting edges and an MJ chip breaker geometry, it is designed for productive face and shoulder milling in CNC machining centers. The insert measures 0.2360 inches in inscribed circle diameter and 0.1690 inches in thickness, with a corner radius of 0.0472 inches (3/64 inch). Installation Notes
