The TUNGALOY 6801833 is a ceramic turning insert in the CNGA432 configuration, grade LX11, with a physical vapor deposition (PVD) TiN coating applied over an alumina TiC ceramic substrate. It features an 80-degree diamond (rhombic) shape, a neutral hand, and a negative rake and side clearance geometry. With four usable cutting edges and a honed edge preparation, this insert is designed for finishing operations on hard materials. Licensed machinists and CNC operators use it for turning, facing, and boring applications where surface finish and dimensional accuracy on hardened workpieces are the priority.

This insert is suited for hard turning applications in both production and job-shop environments.
