The TS BRASS ec-3130 is a single-hole, deck-mount electronic sensor faucet built for commercial and institutional plumbing applications. The polished chrome-plated brass body houses an above-deck AC/DC control module with internal flow control setting switches, keeping all electronics accessible without removing the faucet from the deck. A swivel gooseneck spout delivers flow through a 2.2 GPM vandal-resistant aerator. The above-deck temperature mixing handle allows field adjustment of mixed water temperature without accessing the valve body. Supply connections are made via 18-inch flexible stainless steel hoses with 3/8-inch compression fittings and integrated check valve adapters.
The ec-3130 is designed for commercial restrooms, schools, healthcare facilities, correctional institutions, and other high-traffic environments where hands-free operation and vandal-resistant components are required. The above-deck electronics configuration simplifies maintenance access during routine service calls. An anti-rotation pin prevents spout movement under load. Licensed plumbers and commercial service technicians handle installation and service on this type of fixture.
Designed for single-hole deck-mount installations accepting 3/8-inch compression supply connections. Operating pressure range is 20 to 125 psi. Compatible with water temperatures from 40 degrees F to 140 degrees F.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and ASME A112.18.1 standards. Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before making supply connections. The above-deck control module and mixing handle must remain accessible after deck installation for servicing. Do not overtighten the 3/8-inch compression fittings; follow the fitting manufacturer recommendations for hand-tight plus turns.
