Ts Brass B-2990-P Concealed Widespread Lavatory Faucet

Product Description

The TS BRASS B-2990-P is a concealed widespread lavatory faucet designed for commercial and institutional restroom applications. Widespread faucets use separate hot and cold valve bodies installed through a deck or countertop, with the spout mounted independently. This configuration keeps valve trim and supply connections hidden beneath the deck surface for a clean finished appearance. Licensed plumbers and fixture installers work with this style of faucet in hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and other high-traffic commercial restroom environments where a polished, low-profile installation is required.

The B-2990-P fits typical widespread lavatory setups where valve centers are spaced to accommodate separate hot and cold controls. It is suited for commercial sink decks and countertop-mount applications in new construction and retrofit projects. Installers working on commercial plumbing projects with concealed-trim specifications will find this faucet appropriate for those requirements. No specific compatible sink models or system families were provided in the available product data.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with applicable local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and relieve line pressure before beginning any faucet work. Verify deck thickness and hole spacing are compatible with the faucet's mounting requirements before installation. Do not overtighten mounting hardware or supply connections, as this can crack the deck surface or damage fittings.
