The TRUE VALUE UC260LFA is a lead-free brass barb insert elbow. It connects two pieces of one inch cross linked polyethylene PEX tubing. The barb ends secure to the PEX pipe with TV #597-556 cinch clamps and TV #608-743 cinch tool, or TV #597-325 copper crimp rings and TV #597-693 crimp tool. This product is immediately testable to well over one hundred PSI.
