The TRU-MAXX SZMM3180 is a shank-mounted flap wheel designed for precision surface finishing, deburring, and blending on metal and other hard materials. It measures 1-1/2 inches in diameter with a 1/2 inch face width and mounts via a 1/4 inch shank for use in die grinders and rotary tools. The abrasive material is aluminum oxide with a coated construction at 180 grit, placing it in the very fine grade category. This wheel runs at up to 30000 RPM, making it suitable for high-speed finishing work on tight contours, bores, and hard-to-reach surfaces.
