The TRU-MAXX RESIN-61 is a Type 12V9 resinoid-bonded diamond grinding wheel designed for precision grinding of hard and superhard materials. Measuring 4 inches in diameter with a 0.5-inch overall thickness and a 1-1/4-inch hole size, this wheel carries a 180-grit, very fine grade designation. The abrasive material is synthetic diamond (SD180) with a superabrasive concentration of 100, delivering consistent stock removal on carbide tooling, ceramics, and other hard substrates. It supports both wet and dry operation, giving the operator flexibility depending on the application and material being worked. A 30-degree face angle and a 1/8-inch superabrasive depth make this wheel well-suited for cup-style tool grinding setups.

This wheel is intended for use on bench or pedestal tool grinders, surface grinders, and CNC tool-and-cutter grinding machines in tool rooms, machine shops, and maintenance facilities.
