The closed coat density delivers consistent material removal and a uniform finish on ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and wood surfaces. A polyester cloth backing rated at X-weight provides the tensile strength needed to resist stretching and tearing under continuous load. This belt is a practical choice for finishing passes, light stock removal, and surface prep work in fabrication, maintenance, and woodworking applications.
