Installation Notes

Power down and unplug the belt sander completely before changing abrasive belts. Note the directional arrow printed on the inside of the belt and align it with the rotation direction of the drive drum before tensioning. Check belt tracking with a brief no-load run after installation and adjust the tracking knob as needed to keep the belt centered on the platen. Inspect the belt and platen for debris before use.
