Built with aluminum oxide abrasive on a polyester cloth backing, this belt delivers consistent cut and durability across a range of metalworking and woodworking tasks. At 80 grit, it falls in the medium grade range, making it effective for stock removal, surface leveling, and blending. The closed coat density keeps abrasive particles tightly packed for aggressive, uniform cutting action. The X-weight polyester cloth backing resists tearing and maintains tension under load.
