At 1-1/2 inches in diameter and rated at 40 grit coarse, this disc cuts fast and is well-suited for weld blending, rust removal, deburring, and surface prep work. The abrasive material is zirconia alumina, a durable, self-sharpening grain that holds up under pressure and heat better than standard aluminum oxide. The cloth backing provides flexibility and tear resistance during use. A silver button secures the Type S quick-change attachment system, allowing fast disc swaps without tools.
