The TRU-MAXX 66261109842 is a unitized deburring wheel designed for edge finishing, light deburring, and surface blending on metal workpieces. Built with aluminum oxide abrasive at a density grade of 7 (hard), this wheel delivers consistent, controlled cut action without aggressive stock removal. At 2 inches in diameter with a 0.5-inch face width and a 0.25-inch center hole, it mounts directly to die grinders and similar small-bore rotary tools. Rated to 22,100 RPM, it suits high-speed finishing tasks common in fabrication, maintenance, and light manufacturing environments. The unitized construction binds abrasive fibers throughout the wheel body, maintaining consistent performance as the wheel wears.
This deburring wheel is suited for die grinder applications in metal fabrication shops, maintenance and repair operations, and production line finishing work. It handles deburring of drilled holes, weld spatter cleanup, and edge-break work on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The 2-inch diameter and compact face width allow access to tight clearances and smaller workpiece features where larger wheels cannot reach. Typical users include machinists, pipefitters, millwrights, and general maintenance technicians who work with handheld rotary tools.
Designed for use with die grinders accepting a 0.25-inch center hole mandrel. Unitized wheel construction is compatible with standard rotary tool arbor setups used in handheld die grinder applications.
This wheel should be installed and operated by personnel familiar with abrasive wheel safety practices per ANSI B7.1 guidelines. Verify the tool spindle speed does not exceed the 22,100 RPM maximum rating before mounting. Inspect the wheel for cracks or damage before each use and never operate a damaged wheel. Ensure the mounting mandrel and arbor hardware are properly tightened and that appropriate eye and face protection is worn during operation.
