The disc uses a zirconia alumina abrasive grain bonded to a fiber backing, rated at 80 grit for medium-grade stock removal. With a maximum speed rating of 25,000 RPM, it handles aggressive grinding passes on steel, stainless, and other ferrous metals without premature breakdown.
