The Trerice 842615110527 Test Plug provides a convenient access port for determining the pressure and/or temperature of process media contained in a pipe line or vessel. This brass-bodied plug, with a 1/4-18 NPT connection and 3-inch length, is designed for permanent installation in chilled or hot water systems. It allows insertion of a test thermometer or pressure gauge to measure conditions, sealing the system when the probe is withdrawn. Rated for 1000 psi pressure and 350 deg F temperature.
