The TRENDnet TPE-113GI is a Gigabit Power over Ethernet Injector. This device merges electrical power with a Gigabit network connection to generate a PoE signal. Connect the injector to a non-PoE switch and run an Ethernet cable for up to one hundred meters to supply power and data to PoE devices. It enables the use of existing open ports from non-PoE switches, thus lowering installation costs. This injector is ideal for powering TRENDnet PoE access points and IP cameras placed at distant locations. It features short circuit protection to safeguard network equipment.
