The TRANSOLID fpt6032r-sw is a pre-tiled, pre-grouted shower base designed for alcove installations in both residential and commercial settings. It measures 60 inches in length by 32.25 inches in width with a 3.5-inch threshold height, and is built on an SMC structural base with real marble tile hand-installed using a flexible epoxy grout and adhesive. The right-hand drain accepts a 2-inch PVC solvent-welded or flexible connection, and the drain assembly is included. The base arrives pre-leveled and pre-sloped, ready to set into a thinset mortar bed. Licensed plumbers and tile contractors are the typical installers for this product type.
This shower base is suited for alcove configurations in new construction or remodel projects where a finished tile appearance is required without field tiling. The white square marble tile features brown and grey tones that coordinate with a range of shower wall finishes. The base is compatible with Transolid Titan, Prodigy, Expressions, and SaraMar wall kits. A quartz threshold in off-white with a subtle swirl pattern is included and measures 3.5 inches in height and 4.5 inches in depth, accommodating most standard shower door assemblies.
Designed for alcove shower installations and confirmed compatible with Transolid Titan, Prodigy, Expressions, and SaraMar wall kits. Drain connection accepts 2-inch PVC solvent-welded or flexible fittings.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified tile contractor familiar with wet-area construction requirements. The base must be set into a thinset mortar mix on a structurally sound, level subfloor. Shut off the water supply and verify drain rough-in location before positioning the base. Do not install without mortar support beneath the base, as unsupported areas will compromise the structural integrity of the assembly.
