Trane COV05617 Cover Replaces COV03950

I originally ordered this item for $240. The item received looked nothing like the picture on the order. It was returned with shipping paid, no problem. I called back to order with the model number of my unit and the new product was ordered at a cost of $460, including shipping. After the order was placed and paid I received a call that it had to be shipped a different way and shipping costs were another $110. Even though this was misrepresented in the original order no courtesy was extended to offset this charge. Now the order still isn’t the correct size and I feel stuck with another shipping fee. I feel I have gouged and the victim of a bait and switch. My experience has led me to not want to do business with or recommend this company.
