I will NEVER AGAIN use Voomi Supply specifically due to thier shipping parters. The coil arrived nearly a week after the initial delivery date and looked like it went to hell and back by the time it showed up. At one point, several days past the due date, the driver arrived and announced he had a delivery only to find the coil wasn't loaded in the truck! The coil itself was constructed well however is not packaged particularly. The coil is configured for an orifice however Trane could not identify the correct orifice for the new coil and so I converted it to a TEV. The entire job alone was grueling, but the service from Voomi and subsequently Trane made it all the worse. Never Again Voomi.
