Operating on R-454B refrigerant, this single-stage outdoor unit delivers reliable cooling in a compact cabinet measuring 36.625 inches tall, 34.25 inches wide, and 19.75 inches deep. The unit ships factory-charged with the refrigerant required for the condensing unit itself plus 10 feet of tested connecting line and is designed to operate at outdoor ambient temperatures up to 115 degrees F. Licensed HVAC technicians handle installation and commissioning of this equipment.
This condensing unit is intended for residential and light-commercial split-system cooling applications. It pairs with compatible air handlers or furnace coils to form a complete cooling system. The unit is part of the RunTru by Trane product family and carries a single-stage compressor configuration. It draws 200-230V single-phase 60 Hz power. The A-weighted sound power level is rated at 71 dB(A), making it suitable for noise-sensitive residential installations. Cooling capacities are matched across a wide selection of indoor coil configurations.

Maximum refrigerant line length from outdoor to indoor unit must not exceed 150 feet total, including vertical lift.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician in accordance with local mechanical codes and the manufacturer's installation guide. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power before making any electrical or refrigerant connections. The installation surface must be able to support the unit's operating weight of 212 pounds; use a properly rated concrete pad or mounting structure. Do not exceed the maximum refrigerant line length of 150 feet, including lift, as specified in the installation documentation.
