The TRANE TWE15043BAAP006 is a 12.5-ton commercial air handler built for split-system air conditioning applications using R-410A refrigerant. This unit operates on 208/230 volts, three-phase power, making it suited for light commercial and commercial building environments. It serves as the indoor component of a split system, housing the evaporator coil and blower assembly to distribute conditioned air through the duct system. Licensed HVAC technicians handling commercial refrigeration and air distribution work are the primary installers for this class of equipment.
The TWE15043BAAP006 is intended for commercial split-system installations where a high-capacity indoor air handler is required. Its 12.5-ton capacity and three-phase electrical configuration make it appropriate for medium to large commercial spaces such as retail, office, or light industrial buildings. It is designed to work with a matched outdoor condensing unit in a split-system configuration using R-410A refrigerant.
Designed as an OEM commercial air handler for use in R-410A split-system configurations requiring a 12.5-ton indoor unit with three-phase, 208/230-volt power.
Installation must be performed by a licensed HVAC technician holding the appropriate EPA Section 608 certification for handling R-410A refrigerant. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power before servicing or installing the unit. Three-phase wiring connections must comply with NEC requirements and should be verified for correct voltage and phase rotation before startup. Verify that the matched outdoor condensing unit and refrigerant line sets are correctly sized and leak-free before commissioning the system.
