The TRADEPRO tp-e75-mhp1 is a fixed fractional direct drive blower motor rated from 3/4 HP down to 1/5 HP, operating on 115 volts single phase at up to 1075 RPM across three selectable speeds. Built on a 48Y frame, it draws 7.3 amps and is designed for continuous-duty residential and light commercial air handling applications. Every unit undergoes 100% functional testing during manufacturing and is retested after final assembly, covering input power, Hi-Pot, and continuity checks. The self-aligning dynamic bearing supports reversible rotation direction, making this motor adaptable to a range of blower configurations without special modifications.
The tp-e75-mhp1 suits direct drive blower applications in forced-air systems where a fixed fractional motor is required. Its three operating speeds — 800, 950, and 1075 RPM — allow field selection to match system airflow requirements. The 5-inch keyed shaft with a 1/2-inch diameter fits standard blower wheel hubs. The side shell is pre-drilled to accept both standard mount wings and resilient mount wings, supporting flexible installation in a variety of air handler cabinets and furnace blower decks. A 10 MFD capacitor rated for 370 or 440 volts is required for operation.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement direct drive blower motor for residential and light commercial forced-air systems requiring a 48Y frame, 115-volt, single-phase fixed fractional motor.
Installation should be performed by a qualified HVAC technician. Disconnect and lock out all power to the air handling unit before removing the existing motor or making any wiring connections. Verify that the replacement capacitor matches the 10 MFD, 370 or 440-volt rating required by this motor before energizing. Confirm shaft rotation direction and speed tap selection against the original equipment specifications before returning the system to service.
