The TOTO c744el#12 is an elongated, high-efficiency toilet (HET) bowl designed for residential and light commercial plumbing installations. Constructed from vitreous china, this bowl features an ADA-compliant rim height and a glazed trapway for smooth, reliable flushing performance. It is built to a 12-inch rough-in specification, making it suitable for standard rough-in applications. The bowl ships without a tank, seat, or supply hardware, so installers select the appropriate tank and accessories separately. At 56.5 pounds, the unit is a substantial, single-piece bowl that requires standard plumbing rough-in work to complete the installation.

This bowl is intended for use in ADA-accessible restrooms where a comfortable, elongated seat height is required. It is compatible with several TOTO Drake tank models and is appropriate for both new construction and retrofit projects where the existing rough-in measures 12 inches. Compatibility

Designed for use with the following TOTO Drake tanks: Eco Drake ST743E 1.28 gpf, Eco Drake Transitional ST744E 1.28 gpf, or Drake ST743S 1.6 gpf. Tank is sold separately.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and clear the drain line before beginning installation. A wax ring, closet bolts, water supply line, and toilet seat are required and are not included with this bowl. Do not overtighten closet bolts, as vitreous china can crack under excessive torque.
