The TOTO c406f#01 is an elongated toilet bowl from the Rowan series, designed for two-piece toilet configurations in residential and light commercial plumbing installations. This bowl features a dual-flush system rated at 1.6 gallons per flush for full flush and 1.0 gallon per flush for reduced flush, meeting WaterSense certification standards for high-efficiency performance. The universal height profile positions the rim at a comfortable, ADA-compatible level for a broad range of users. The bowl ships in a Cotton (white) finish and has a 12-inch rough-in measurement. The tank and seat are sold separately. Licensed plumbers are the primary trade for installation and rough-in work.
This bowl is suited for residential bathroom remodels and new construction where a two-piece, elongated toilet with a dual-flush mechanism is specified. The 12-inch rough-in dimension is the most common residential rough-in size, making this bowl a straightforward fit in the majority of standard bathroom floor plans. The Cotton finish coordinates with most standard fixture lines. The chrome push-button flush actuator is included as part of the bowl assembly design and pairs with the corresponding Rowan series tank.
Designed as a bowl-only component of the TOTO Rowan series two-piece toilet system, model CST406MF. Tank and seat are sold separately and must be sourced to complete the assembly.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber in accordance with local plumbing codes and the International Plumbing Code (IPC). Shut off the water supply and flush the existing system to relieve pressure before beginning any toilet replacement work. Verify the floor flange condition and wax ring seating surface before setting the bowl. Do not overtighten floor bolt nuts, as porcelain bases can crack under excessive torque.
