The TORO 89-1807 is a 180-degree stream bubbler nozzle designed for low-volume, low-angle water distribution in landscape irrigation applications. This nozzle delivers a gentle, stream-style flow pattern that reduces runoff and overspray, making it well suited for planting beds, shrub zones, and ground cover areas where conventional spray nozzles cause erosion or displacement. Irrigation technicians and landscape professionals install this nozzle on standard pop-up or shrub-mount spray bodies where a half-circle coverage pattern is required.
This nozzle is intended for residential and commercial landscape irrigation systems. It is typically installed in shrub beds, perennial borders, and low-growing ground cover zones where a 180-degree arc provides even coverage without wasting water on hardscape or adjacent turf. The stream bubbler design applies water close to the root zone, minimizing wind drift and evaporation losses common with conventional fan-spray nozzles.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement nozzle for standard threaded irrigation spray bodies used in residential and commercial landscape irrigation systems.
Installation is performed by qualified irrigation technicians or landscape professionals. Shut off the irrigation system and relieve line pressure before removing the existing nozzle. Hand-thread the 89-1807 onto the spray body riser, taking care not to cross-thread or overtighten the nozzle. After installation, cycle the zone and verify the 180-degree pattern is oriented correctly before backfilling or closing the valve box.
