Manufactured from high-speed steel (HSS) with a bright, uncoated finish, it is suited for general-purpose tapping in a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. The three-flute spiral point geometry pushes chips forward through the hole, reducing clogging and allowing for efficient, continuous cuts in production and maintenance environments.
