The TITAN USA TT91085S is a spiral point plug tap designed for through-hole threading operations in general-purpose machining applications. Built from high-speed steel (HSS) with a steam oxide coating, this tap resists wear and reduces friction during cutting. It features a 1/2-13 UNC thread form with a plug chamfer, 3 flutes, and a right-hand thread direction. The H3 thread limit provides controlled tolerance for 2B and 3B class-of-fit threads. With an overall length of 3.375 inches and a thread length of 1.6563 inches, it fits standard tap holders and is suited for production and maintenance threading work.
