The TITAN USA TC99540 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. With a 5/8 inch cutting diameter and a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, this tool removes material efficiently across a range of machining applications. The micrograin carbide substrate provides edge strength and wear resistance. An AlTiN coating extends tool life at elevated cutting temperatures. The 30-degree helix angle and upcut flute geometry promote chip evacuation and reduce heat buildup at the cutting zone.
