The TITAN USA TC99503 is a 4-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding shop environments. Built from micrograin carbide and coated with AlTiN, it handles steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and high-temperature alloys. The cutter measures 0.0469 inches in diameter with a 0.125-inch length of cut, a 0.125-inch shank diameter, and a 1.5-inch overall length. It features a 30-degree helix angle, right-hand cut, right-hand flute direction, and a centercutting geometry that allows plunge entry. Single-end configuration. Installed by machinists and CNC operators in production and job shop settings.
