The TITAN USA TC90504 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for precision milling in metalworking and machining applications. Built from micrograin solid carbide with a TiCN coating, this tool delivers hard-material cutting performance in a compact 0.0625-inch (1/16-inch) diameter. The four-flute, right-hand cut geometry with a 30-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and smooth surface finishes. The upcut flute direction pulls chips away from the workpiece during operation. At 1.5 inches overall length with a 0.25-inch length of cut, this end mill is suited for tight-tolerance slotting, profiling, and contouring work in a CNC machining center or manual mill.
