The TITAN USA TC87326 is a solid carbide chucking reamer engineered for precision hole finishing in metalworking and machining applications. With a reamer diameter of 0.2620 inches and a diameter tolerance of +0.0003 to -0.0000 inches, this tool holds tight dimensional control for close-tolerance bores. The 6-flute, straight-flute geometry with right-hand cutting direction promotes smooth chip evacuation and consistent surface finish. At 3.25 inches overall length with a 1.125-inch flute length and a straight-cylindrical shank, the TC87326 fits standard drill chucks and collet holders found in most machining centers and drill presses. It ships in a bright, uncoated finish and carries no coolant-through feature.
This reamer is suited to production and maintenance machining environments where repeatable bore sizing is required. Typical applications include finishing drilled or bored holes in steel, cast iron, aluminum, and similar materials. It is used by machinists, tool-and-die makers, and maintenance technicians working on fixtures, jigs, and mechanical assemblies. The 0.2620-inch diameter places it in the TC87 series range of 0.2500 to 0.2999 inches, making it appropriate for applications requiring precision fit for dowel pins, bushings, or close-clearance fastener holes.
Designed as an OEM-style machine reamer for use in drill presses, CNC machining centers, and manual mills equipped with standard drill chucks or collet systems accepting a 0.2620-inch straight-cylindrical shank.
Chucking reamers are installed and operated by qualified machinists following standard machine tool procedures. Ensure the spindle and workpiece are properly secured before operation, and confirm runout is within acceptable limits before engaging the cut. Use appropriate cutting fluid for the workpiece material to extend tool life and improve finish quality. Follow shop safety protocols and applicable OSHA machine guarding requirements when operating rotary cutting tools.
