The TITAN USA TC74625 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. It carries a 3/8 inch diameter, a 0.0450 inch corner radius, and a 1.7500 inch reach length, with a 4-inch overall length that extends tool access in deep-pocket and long-reach setups. The four-flute, right-hand spiral configuration with a medium helix angle supports both roughing and finishing operations. An AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) PVD coating provides thermal resistance and wear protection, making this end mill well-suited for high-temperature alloys and abrasive ferrous metals. Installed and used by machinists and CNC tooling professionals.
The TC74625 is intended for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills where precise corner geometry and extended reach are required. It is designed for cutting superalloys and titanium, stainless steel, cast iron, Inconel, alloy steel, and other ferrous metals. The straight-cylindrical shank mounts directly into standard toolholders. The extra-long length type and 1.7500 inch reach make it appropriate for deep-wall pockets, shoulder milling, and contour work where standard-length end mills cannot reach. Single-end configuration focuses all cutting geometry at one end for consistent performance.
Designed for use with standard straight-bore CNC toolholders. Primary workpiece materials include superalloys, titanium alloys, Inconel, stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, and other ferrous and high-temperature alloy materials.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist or CNC tooling technician. Ensure the machine spindle is fully stopped and the tool path program is verified before securing the end mill in the toolholder. Confirm shank diameter tolerance class h6 compatibility with the selected toolholder before mounting. Do not exceed the tool manufacturer's recommended cutting parameters for the target workpiece material.
