The TITAN USA TC74617 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. The tool features a 5/16 inch (0.3125 inch) mill diameter, a 0.0150 inch corner radius, and a 4-flute spiral configuration with a 30-degree medium helix angle. An AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) PVD coating provides thermal resistance and hardness, extending tool life in abrasive and high-temperature cutting environments. At 4 inches overall length with a 1.625 inch reach, this is an extra-long geometry suited to deep-cavity and extended-reach applications. Single-end, right-hand cut, right-hand flute direction.

This end mill is built for machining superalloys, titanium alloys, Inconel, stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, and other ferrous metals.
