The TITAN USA TC74148 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding materials including superalloys, titanium alloys, Inconel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and cast iron. The tool features a 0.5000 inch diameter, a 1.0000 inch length of cut, and a 0.0200 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge and extends tool life in aggressive applications. The AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) PVD coating provides oxidation resistance and hardness retention at elevated cutting temperatures. With 4 flutes and a 30-degree medium helix, the TC74148 is configured for both roughing and finishing operations in a single tool.

This end mill is suited for machining superalloys, titanium, stainless steel, and ferrous metals in CNC machining centers and manual mills.
