The TITAN USA TC74106 is a 4-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining environments. With a 1/8 inch (0.1250 inch) mill diameter, a 0.0200 inch corner radius, and a 0.5000 inch length of cut, this tool is built for both roughing and finishing operations. The AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) PVD coating extends tool life when cutting abrasive and heat-resistant materials. The 30-degree medium helix and right-hand spiral flute geometry promote efficient chip evacuation and surface finish consistency in tight-tolerance work.

This end mill is suited for CNC milling applications targeting superalloys, titanium alloys, Inconel, stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, and other ferrous metals. Installation Notes
