The TITAN USA TC65332 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for precision milling in non-ferrous materials including aluminum, brass, and bronze. It carries a 1/2-inch mill diameter with a 0.0400-inch corner radius and a ZrN (zirconium nitride) PVD coating that reduces friction and improves tool life in high-speed applications. The 2-flute, right-hand spiral configuration with a 45-degree high helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation, making it well suited for aggressive material removal in non-ferrous and aluminum milling operations. With a 4-inch overall length and a 2-inch length of cut, this end mill fits standard straight-cylindrical toolholders at 1/2-inch shank diameter. Centercutting geometry allows plunge entry where required.
This end mill is intended for use on CNC machining centers and manual knee mills where non-ferrous metal stock — including aluminum plate, brass bar, and bronze castings — is the primary workpiece material. It is classified as a long-length, coarse-pitch tool configured for roughing passes. The single-end, right-hand cutting direction suits standard spindle rotation without modification. Verify spindle direction is set to right-hand rotation prior to engaging the cut.
