The TITAN USA TC64432 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for high-performance finishing operations in demanding materials. The tool features a 1/2 inch diameter, 6 helical flutes with a close pitch, and a 0.03 inch corner radius that reduces chipping and improves surface finish at workpiece edges. A 5/8 inch length of cut and 2.5 inch overall length make this a stub-length tool suited for rigid, low-vibration setups. The AlCromax (ALCRO-MAX) PVD coating provides oxidation resistance and hardness retention at elevated cutting temperatures, making it well-matched to difficult-to-machine materials.

This end mill is designed for finishing cuts in superalloys, titanium alloys, Inconel, stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, and other ferrous metals. The right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction are standard for conventional CNC machining center setups. The straight-cylindrical shank with h6 tolerance mounts directly into a standard toolholder.
