The TITAN USA TC63324 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling operations in metal, composite, and hard material applications. Built from micrograin carbide and coated with ZrN (zirconium nitride), this end mill delivers improved wear resistance and longer tool life compared to uncoated carbide. It features a 2-flute configuration with a 45-degree helix angle and an upcut flute geometry, which promotes chip evacuation and reduces heat buildup at the cutting zone. The centercutting design allows for plunge entry as well as standard peripheral cuts. This tool is installed and used by machinists and CNC operators in job shop, production, and toolroom environments.

The TC63324 is suited for slotting, profiling, and pocketing operations in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Its right-hand cut and right-hand flute direction are compatible with standard CNC machining centers and manual milling machines with conventional spindle rotation.
