The TITAN USA TC49732 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. Built with a 1/2 inch diameter, 3-flute geometry, and a 0.0400 inch corner radius, it operates with right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction. The AlTiN (aluminum titanium nitride) PVD coating delivers thermal resistance and surface hardness suited for aggressive cuts in hard and abrasive materials. With a high-helix spiral flute design and coarse pitch, this end mill is configured for roughing operations. It is installed by machinists and CNC operators working in precision manufacturing and production environments.

This end mill is engineered for use in ferrous metals, stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys such as Inconel, and other superalloys.
