The TITAN USA TC26461 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance material removal in demanding machining applications. It features a 1/2 inch diameter, a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, and a 0.03 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge and extends tool life in interrupted cuts. The five-flute, right-hand helical geometry supports both roughing and finishing operations in a single tool. An AlCromax (ALCRO-MAX) PVD coating provides thermal resistance and oxidation protection, making this end mill well suited for cutting superalloys, titanium, stainless steel, and other difficult ferrous materials.
