The TITAN USA TC25995 is a 5-flute solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for demanding material removal in superalloys, titanium alloys, stainless steel, cast iron, alloy steel, and Inconel. It carries a 0.01 inch corner radius and a 1/8 inch cutting diameter with a 1/4 inch length of cut. The AlCromax (ALCRO-MAX) PVD coating provides elevated heat and wear resistance at high cutting speeds. Right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction are standard. The single-end design accepts a straight cylindrical toolholder shank. This tool is suited for both roughing and finishing operations and is commonly installed by CNC machinists and tool-and-die professionals working in high-temperature alloy and ferrous metal applications.
The TC25995 is intended for use in vertical and horizontal milling machines, machining centers, and CNC mills where tight tolerances and smooth corner radii are required. Its long-length geometry and high helix style support chip evacuation in deep-pocket and slot milling operations. Primary workpiece material categories include superalloys and titanium (S), stainless steel (M), and cast iron (K). The tool is particularly well-suited for aerospace, medical, and precision manufacturing environments where surface finish and dimensional accuracy in hard metals are critical.
Designed for use with standard straight-cylindrical toolholders accepting a 1/8 inch shank diameter. Suitable for machining superalloys, titanium alloys, Inconel, stainless steel, cast iron, and alloy steel workpieces on CNC and manual milling equipment.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following the toolholder manufacturer's clamping specifications. Verify toolholder runout before operation to protect the cutting edge and maintain dimensional tolerance. Do not exceed the rated depth of cut for the 1/4 inch length of cut geometry. Always power down and lock out the spindle before changing or adjusting the tool.
