The TITAN USA TC25798 is a 5-flute, solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. With a 3/8 inch cutting diameter and a 1/2 inch length of cut, this tool is built for finishing and semi-finishing passes where surface quality and dimensional accuracy matter. The AlCrO-MAX coating provides heat and oxidation resistance, extending tool life in harder workpiece materials. A 38-degree helix angle promotes smooth chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces. Right-hand cutting and flute direction make this a standard-orientation tool compatible with conventional CNC and manual milling setups. Micrograin carbide substrate adds toughness and edge retention.
