The TITAN USA TC24414 is a solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding machining environments. It features a 1/2 inch cutting diameter, a 3 inch length of cut, and a 6 inch overall length, with a 1/2 inch shank diameter for secure toolholder engagement. The four-flute, right-hand cutting geometry with a 38-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and stable cutting action. An AlCrO-MAX coating extends tool life in abrasive and high-temperature applications. The micrograin carbide substrate adds toughness and wear resistance. This end mill is installed by machinists and CNC operators in production and job-shop settings.
