The TITAN USA TC23835 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill engineered for demanding material removal in high-temperature alloys, stainless steel, cast iron, and titanium. It features a 3/8 inch mill diameter, a 1-1/4 inch length of cut, and a 0.06 inch corner radius that reduces stress concentration at the cutting edge. The AlCromax (ALCRO-MAX) PVD coating provides oxidation resistance and extended tool life at elevated cutting temperatures. With 4 helical flutes in a right-hand cutting direction and a high helix style, this end mill is suited for both roughing and finishing operations in a single setup. Machinists and tool-and-die professionals select this tool for precision work in aerospace, medical, and heavy industrial applications.
The TC23835 is designed for use in CNC machining centers and manual mills where long-reach cutting in hard or abrasive materials is required. Its straight-cylindrical 3/8 inch shank seats directly into standard collet-style toolholders. The long-reach geometry and 3 inch overall length provide clearance for deep-pocket and shoulder milling operations. Primary workpiece materials include superalloys, titanium alloy, Inconel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and cast iron, making this end mill a strong choice for shops working ISO material groups S, M, and K.
Designed for use with standard collet-style and shrink-fit toolholders accepting a 3/8 inch straight-cylindrical shank. Suited for ISO material groups S (superalloys and titanium), M (stainless steel), and K (cast iron) in CNC and manual milling applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified machinist following shop safety procedures and machine tool manufacturer guidelines. Ensure the spindle is fully stopped and the machine is in a safe state before changing tooling. Seat the shank fully in the toolholder to the recommended gauge-line depth and verify runout with a dial indicator before cutting. Confirm cutting parameters against the machine tool and workpiece material specifications before beginning a cut.
