The TITAN USA TC22617 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding materials including superalloys, titanium alloys, stainless steel, alloy steel, Inconel, and cast iron. It carries a 1/8 inch diameter, a 0.01 inch corner radius, and four helical flutes ground for right-hand cutting. The tool is coated with AlCromax (ALCRO-MAX) via a PVD process, which provides elevated heat resistance and wear life in abrasive ferrous and high-temperature alloy applications. Overall length is 2 inches with a 1/2 inch length of cut and a 1/8 inch straight cylindrical shank. The single-end configuration handles both roughing and finishing passes in a single setup.

This end mill is suited for CNC machining centers and manual mills where tight corner radius tolerances are required on difficult-to-machine materials. The corner radius tolerance is held to -0.001 to 0.001 inch and the mill diameter tolerance is -0.002 to 0.000 inch, making it appropriate for precision component work in aerospace, medical, and high-alloy industrial applications.
