The TITAN USA TC21872 is a 4-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for precision material removal in ferrous and non-ferrous machining applications. It carries an AlCrO-MAX coating for elevated heat resistance and extended tool life under aggressive cutting conditions. The 3/4 inch diameter pairs with a 1-5/8 inch length of cut and a 4 inch overall length, making it well-suited for full-depth slotting, profiling, and peripheral milling. Micrograin carbide substrate adds hardness and edge retention. The 38-degree helix promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces chatter during high-speed passes.

This end mill is used in CNC machining centers, vertical mills, and manual knee mills across job shops, production facilities, and tool rooms. The variable index geometry reduces harmonic vibration during long-run cuts. Right-hand cutting and right-hand flute direction are standard for conventional and climb milling operations.
