The TITAN USA TC21509 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for high-performance milling in demanding material applications. Built with four helical flutes and a 0.015 inch corner radius, it removes material efficiently while protecting the cutting edge from chipping. The 1/4 inch diameter and 3/8 inch length of cut make it well suited for precision slot milling, profiling, and contouring in tight geometries. An AlCromax PVD coating reduces heat buildup and extends tool life in abrasive and high-temperature cutting environments. Right-hand flute direction and right-hand cutting orientation are standard. Overall length is 2 inches with a 1/4 inch straight-cylindrical shank. This tool is used by machinists and CNC operators running modern toolholders in production and job-shop environments.

The TC21509 is engineered for roughing and finishing operations on superalloys, titanium alloys, Inconel, stainless steel, alloy steel, cast iron, and other ferrous metals.
