The TITAN USA TC19332 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit designed for precise, general-purpose drilling in production and maintenance environments. Built on the TC19 series platform, it features a 3.20 mm (0.1260 inch) diameter with a 118-degree split point that reduces walking and cutting force at entry. The two-flute regular spiral design promotes efficient chip evacuation throughout the cut. At 57.00 mm (2.2458 inches) overall length with a 32.00 mm (1.2608 inch) flute length, this bit handles standard jobber-depth applications. Machining professionals and toolroom technicians are the primary users. The bright, uncoated finish keeps tool cost low on materials that do not require specialized coatings.
This drill bit is suited for drilling aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and select other materials where solid carbide tooling provides rigidity and dimensional accuracy advantages over high-speed steel. Its straight cylindrical shank mounts directly into standard drill chucks, collet holders, and CNC toolholders without modification. The 10xD flute-to-diameter ratio supports drilling to a maximum depth of 1.2608 inches in a single pass under standard conditions. It is appropriate for use in CNC machining centers, drill presses, and manual machines where consistent hole diameter tolerance of -0.0005 to +0.0000 inch is required.
Designed as a general-purpose replacement or production drill bit for applications involving aluminum and non-ferrous materials; compatible with any standard drill chuck or collet holder accepting a 0.1260-inch straight shank.
Solid carbide tooling is brittle — secure the workpiece firmly and avoid side loading or interrupted cuts that can cause tip fracture. Power down and lock out the machine before changing tooling. Verify chuck or collet runout before use, as excessive runout accelerates carbide wear and reduces hole accuracy. Follow the machine manufacturer and applicable shop safety guidelines when setting speeds and feeds for carbide drill bits.
