The TITAN USA TC19256 is a solid carbide jobber length drill bit designed for precise small-diameter drilling in aluminum, non-ferrous metals, and similar materials. It measures 3/64 inches (0.0469 inches decimal) in diameter with a 118-degree standard point angle and a bright, uncoated finish. The two-flute regular spiral design promotes efficient chip evacuation during drilling operations. At 1.5 inches overall length with a 0.75-inch flute length, this bit is built for tight, controlled drilling in light industrial and general-purpose trade applications. It is installed and used by machinists, electricians, and HVAC technicians requiring tight-tolerance hole placement in small-gauge work.
This bit is suited for drilling aluminum, copper, brass, and other non-ferrous materials in general-purpose applications. The straight cylindrical shank fits standard drill chucks without adapter requirements. Its compact 1.5-inch overall length makes it a practical choice for work in confined spaces or when using a hand drill, drill press, or CNC setup where short-reach tooling is needed. The right-hand cutting direction is compatible with all standard rotating drill equipment. This is a single-piece packaged unit sold individually.
Designed as a general-purpose jobber length drill bit for use in standard drill chucks accepting straight shank tooling with a 3/64-inch shank diameter. Primary workpiece materials include aluminum and non-ferrous metals per material code classifications P, M, K, N, and S.
This drill bit is installed in any standard drill chuck sized to accept a 3/64-inch straight shank. Secure the shank fully in the chuck before operation and verify concentricity before drilling to prevent bit deflection at this small diameter. Use appropriate cutting fluid or mist coolant when drilling harder non-ferrous alloys to extend tool life. Inspect the cutting edges before each use, as solid carbide bits at this diameter are brittle and susceptible to breakage if side-loaded or used at incorrect feed rates.
