The TITAN USA TC19250 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit sized to wire gauge No. 50 (0.0700 inches diameter) with a 118-degree standard point angle. Designed for general-purpose drilling in demanding materials, the TC19250 features a bright/uncoated finish, a two-flute regular spiral configuration, and a straight cylindrical shank. The overall length is 1.75 inches with a flute length of 0.8750 inches, providing a 13xD flute-to-diameter ratio. This bit is suited for use in CNC machining centers, drill presses, and hand-held power tools where precise, small-diameter holes are required. Licensed machinists, tool and die specialists, and maintenance technicians are the primary users.
The TC19250 is built for drilling in steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, and titanium. Its solid carbide construction maintains hardness and edge integrity at elevated cutting temperatures, making it appropriate for production drilling and precision work where high-speed steel tooling would wear prematurely. The 118-degree point angle suits general-purpose through-hole and blind-hole drilling across the listed workpiece materials. This bit is sold individually and is part of the TITAN USA TC19 series of small-diameter jobber drills.
Designed as a general-purpose replacement or production jobber drill for any machine tool or hand-held power tool equipped with a collet, keyless chuck, or keyed chuck capable of holding a 0.0700-inch straight cylindrical shank. Compatible workpiece materials include steel, stainless steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, superalloys, and titanium per material codes P, M, K, N, and S.
Installation and operation should be performed by a qualified machinist or trained technician. Secure the shank fully in the collet or chuck to the manufacturer-recommended depth before operation, and verify spindle runout is within acceptable limits for small-diameter tooling. Power down and lock out the machine before changing bits. Coolant-through is not supported on this bit; apply cutting fluid externally if required by the workpiece material.
