The TITAN USA TC19207 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit designed for high-performance drilling in demanding materials. Sized to No. 9 wire gauge (0.2010 inches decimal), it features a 118-degree split point for accurate self-starting entry and reduced thrust. The bright, uncoated finish suits applications where coating compatibility is a concern. With a 3-inch overall length and a 1-3/4-inch flute length, this bit is built for general-purpose production drilling by machinists, tool and die tradespeople, and maintenance technicians working with ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
This drill bit is suited for use in ferrous metals including steel, stainless steel, and cast iron, as well as non-ferrous metals and superalloys including titanium. The 9xD flute-to-diameter ratio supports deeper hole applications within its rated maximum drilling depth of 1-3/4 inches. The straight cylindrical shank fits standard drill chucks in bench drill presses, CNC machining centers, and hand-held power drills used in fabrication and maintenance environments.
Designed as a general-purpose OEM-style jobber drill bit compatible with any standard drill chuck or collet system accepting a 0.2010-inch straight cylindrical shank. Suitable for use across steel (P), stainless and heat-resistant alloys (M), cast iron (K), non-ferrous metals (N), and superalloys and titanium (S) per ISO material classification.
This bit is installed by qualified machinists or maintenance technicians in drill presses, mills, or CNC spindles. Ensure the workpiece is securely fixtured before drilling and that the chuck or collet is fully tightened to the shank before operation. Solid carbide is brittle relative to high-speed steel — avoid side loading, interrupted cuts without adequate support, or dropping the bit on hard surfaces. Verify spindle speed and feed rate are appropriate for the workpiece material and bit diameter before engaging the cut.
